The journal accepts manuscripts in the following languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and English. (Non-English articles should include english translation of abstract and keywords)

Acceptable citation standards: MLA, APA, and Chicago Style

Instruction for Authors of Academic Journals

  1. Manuscript Categories and Word Limit:
    • Research Articles: Manuscripts submitted as research articles must be comprehensive and provide detailed insights into the subject matter. These submissions should be no less than 5,000 words in length, excluding references, tables, and figure legends.
    • Essays: Essays should present thoughtful, well-argued perspectives or analyses. The minimum word count for essays is 3,000 words, not including references, tables, and figure legends.
    • Book Reviews: Book reviews should critically evaluate the content and contribute to the scholarly discussion of the book’s subject. The minimum word count for book reviews is 1,500 words, excluding references.
  2. Formatting and Submission Guidelines:
    • Document Format: All submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). This ensures compatibility with the journal’s editorial process.
    • Text Formatting: Use a standard, readable font, such as Times New Roman, with a font size of 12 points. Text should be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
    • Title Page: Include a title page with the manuscript’s title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information.
    • Abstract and Keywords: Each manuscript should begin with an abstract of no more than 250 words, summarizing the main findings or arguments. Below the abstract, provide 4-6 keywords for indexing purposes.
    • Section Headings: Use clear, descriptive section headings. Main headings should be in bold and subheadings in italics.
    • Figures and Tables: Include any figures and tables within the body of the manuscript at appropriate points. Each figure and table should have a clear title and a legend explaining its contents.
    • References: Follow the journal’s specified citation style for references. Ensure all references are accurately cited in the text and included in the reference list.
  3. Submission Process:
    • Online Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system, if available. This streamlines the review and publication process.
  4. Peer Review and Publication:
    • Peer Review: All submissions are subject to peer review. This process is critical for ensuring the quality and integrity of the published material.
    • Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewers’ comments. Prompt and thorough attention to these revisions is necessary for the continuation of the publication process.
    • Final Submission: Once accepted, the final version of the manuscript should adhere to the journal’s formatting guidelines and be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
  5. Ethical Considerations:
    • Originality: Manuscripts must represent original work and should not be under consideration by any other publication.
    • Conflict of Interest: Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the manuscript’s content.
