Dr. Rosales was the Former Vice President for Academic Affairs, Taguig City University; Former Dean and Retired Full Professor of the Graduate School Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Other than her academic experiences, Dr. Rosales is an active television and movie actress in the Philippines. She is a cultural worker and writer of various books and articles on culture, governance, and history. She served the National Commission for Culture and the Arts of the Republic of the Philippines as Vice Head of the Sub-commission on Cultural Dissemination. She is currently the President of the Lakandayang Cultural Association, Inc.



Dr. Champakaew is an Assistant Professor at the School of Liberal Arts, Mae Fah Luang University. She also serves as the Assistant Director of the Center for Academic Services and Program Chair of the Master of Arts in English for Professional Development in the same University. She finished her BA in English, M.Ed (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), and PhD (Curriculum) from Chang Mai University, Thailand.


Ms. Viray is an Associate Professor of communication of Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She teaches research and communication theories in the Master of Arts in Communication program of PUP. She is the erstwhile Director of the Communication Management Office of the same University. A corporate event and theatre director, Assoc. Prof. Viray also taught in the theatre arts/performing arts program 0f the university. She served as the president of the Philippines Communication Society.


Mr. Adhitra is a cultural worker from Indonesia. He is a Program Chair of International Hospitality and Tourism Management, Neresuan University International College. He is the Program Director of the International Organization of Folk Arts-Indonesia. He is a Visiting Lecturer at President University and Bakrie University, both in Indonesia. He served as a Project Director of Indonesia for Cultural Mission to Vietnam, South Korea, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Greece, Macau, Thailand, Spain, France, Denmark, USA, Philippines, Malaysia, and Japan. He was an Awardee of Royal Thailand Full Scholarship. He is a holder of Master’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Mae Fah Luang University. He also holds a degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Indonesia.


Mark Joseph Pascua Santos finished his Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude (2015) and Postbaccalaureate in Teacher Education (2017) in Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and Master of Divinity in Manila Theological College (2021). He published articles and book reviews in different academic journals such as Saliksik E-Journal, Dalumat E-Journal, TALA, Talastasan, at Historical Bulletin. He is the author of 19 REBYU KONTRA COVID-19: Kalipunan ng mga Panunuring-aklat sa Agham Panlipunan, Teolohiya, at Panitikan, and editor of Martes sa Escaler and Martes sa Escaler II. His research interest is centered on indigenization movements like Pantayong Pananaw in history and Teolohiyang Pilipino in theology. He taught in PUP Department of History from 2016 to 2019, and in Centro Escolar University (CEU) Department of Social Sciences and Humanities from 2020-2023. He is currently a Lecturer at the De La Salle University (DLSU) Department of Filipino.  


Dr. Sebastian is a Full Professor of History and Public Administration at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He is the Dean of the College of Social Science and Development of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila. He was the former Director of the Research Institute for Social Science and Development of the same University. He is a holder of AB History from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Master in Philippine Studies from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, and Doctor in Public Administration from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.


Mr. Tugano is an instructor of the Division of History, Department of Social Sciences, University of the Philippines (UP) Los Banos. He completed his undergraduate degree in B.A History at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Manila (batch valedictorian, Magna Cum Laude). He is currently pursuing his MA Philippine Studies at the Asian Center, University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman.

His research activities can be seen on a range of peer-reviewed journals such as Diliman Review, Likhaan: The Journal of Contemporary Philippine Literature, Asian Studies: Journal of Critical Perspectives on Asia, and forthcoming journal issues of Diliman Gender Review and Plaridel Journal of Communication, Media, and Society–all of which are journals based in UP Diliman; Katipunan Journal of the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU); Dalumat E-Journal, Tala Kasaysayan: An Online Journal of History; Hasaan Journal of the University of Santo Tomas (UST); Social Sciences and Development Review, Mabini Review, Bisig Journal, Entrada Journal, and Talastasan: A Philippine Journal of Communication and Media Studies of PUP Manila; Saliksik E-Journal of Bagong Kasaysayan, Inc. He also published some of the book chapters in an edited book –Independencia 1843 (2019) [ATAGAN Tayabas]; Pangangayaw (2021) [ADHIKA ng Pilipinas and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA)]; Hugpungan (2022) [PUP Center for Philippine Studies]; and Kulturang Popular na Asyano (2023) [University of the Philippines Manila]. He edited Martes sa Escaler: Klase sa Historiograpiya ni Dr. Zeus Salazar (2019) and Banwa at Layag: Antolohiya ng mga Kuwentong Paglalakbay ng mga Pilipino sa Ibayong Dagat (2023) and also co-authored 50-50: Talambuhay ng mga Pangunahing Personalidad ng Batas Militar (2022).

He presented his research to several international conferences in Faculdade de Letras, University of Lisbon, Portugal; Fakultas Syaria, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari (State Islamic Institute of Kendari) South Sulawesi, Indonesia; and Dededo, Guam, United States of America.

He is also the recipient of “2021 Mananaysay ng Taon, Ikatlong Gantimpala” awarded by Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF).

His research interest revolves mainly on diaspora, local history, Filipino intercultural encounters, identity studies, and indigenization of Travel Writing Studies.



Dr. Bernarte was the Former Vice President for Research of the Quezon City University and former Assistant to the Vice President for Research, Extension, Planning, and Development of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Currently, Dr. Bernarte is the Managing Director of the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators. He is a consultant of various State Universities and Local Universities and Colleges around the Philippines. Dr. Bernarte is a product of the two top State Universities in the Philippines: the University of the Philippines-Diliman and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He specializes in social science research, communication research, and education research.



Mr. Marcelo is a full time faculty member and currently the Director of Research and Extension of Taguig City University. He is a writer of several books on Heritage Tourism, Travel Writing and Photography, Entrepreneurship in Business, and Entrepreneurship in Hospitality and Tourism. He is currently part of REX Bookstore, one of the leading publications in hospitality and tourism books, as author and evaluator for Higher Education textbook in Business.
